If you’re a UTD student with parents visiting from out of state or even from abroad, trust me—this place is the ideal choice. I’ve been staying here for two months, and it’s been so comfortable that I’ve even considered buying the property! The warmth and homeliness here truly make you feel at ease. Ms. Julia is incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, providing all the essentials you could need—from basic pots, pans, and even a pizza cutter to a coffee machine and so much more. Every detail seems to be anticipated, with nearly everything you might want already in place.
If you have a baby, Ms. Julia has gone the extra mile by providing a crib, high chair, and other necessities for young children. The surrounding environment is also very peaceful, making it perfect for relaxation. Plus, it’s very conveniently located, with almost everything you might want to visit within a 15- to 20-minute drive.
Staying here really offers a wonderful, home-like experience that’s hard to match.

I have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and I can honestly say that this stay has been one of my favorites! Julia was extremely responsive to any questions and an item that needed repair. The place is very cozy and quiet and it was absolutely perfect. The bed was SOOO comfy that I looked it up online and bought one 😂. Additionally, the checkout items were very, very easy and accomplishable. I will definitely stay here again.
